The room wasn't clean at all. The sheets were filthy, the bathroom and room floors were literally dirty, and there was dust under the beds, a clear indication of the room's uncleanliness. There were no towels, soap, or even shampoo in the room. On top of all that, the wardrobe only had two hooks, and they were broken and covered in dust. And the air conditioning was a miracle it even worked. What kind of hotel is this where there isn't even a parking space? Besides the poor service from the reception staff, there were many other issues.
