I rarely take the time to actually rate experiences, but this was below standard enough for me to actually take the time to warn people of what to expect. I had booked a car one night before to go from aqaba to amman, one-way. When we arrived, there was one car. Asked if I would wait an hour for it to be cleaned. No. Okay... they did a quick wipe and off you go. Rumbly steering, Older Nissan Micra, one headlight not working, barely made it back. AC was good, so there was that. Upon arrival to amman, I wanted to drop it off at the swefieh location as I didnt need it anymore. I arrived at 6:30. The place was close even the the WEBSITE said 7, and the PLACE open sign said 8. So, both wrong. Tried call service center: option for 'support' disconnects the line. Option for 'operator' no answer. Option for Airport Branch no answer. Simple useless. The only way I can justify a two star rating is because the first gentlemen in Aqaba was very affible and apologetic and did try the best he could. This is not the stadard of Avis, though.

Unfortunately, I booked through the website and when I went to the office in the summer, I found the office closed. I contacted the employee and he told me that he closed the office and left and said that he would return within an hour. I waited for him for two hours and called him again and found that the phone was off. Unfortunately, a company of this size mistreats our customers in this way. This is a method.
