Their results are inaccurate. I had a very important test done there, and unfortunately, the result was wrong. I repeated the test at several different labs, and the result was the same. I went back to them and told them their result was wrong, and the girl arrogantly replied, "Our results are 99.9% accurate." That's an exaggeration. Honestly, I don't recommend dealing with them at all; they've completely lost our trust.

The Biolab laboratory located inside Abdul-Adi Hospital is amazing, especially Hamza Al-Zoubi, a wonderful young man who is helpful, cooperative, and has a light touch. He is extremely ethical and respectful.
