Masha'Allah, an excellent hotel, the room price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the staff are respectful. The only problem that bothered me is that there is no sink or bathroom next to the breakfast room on the M floor. To wash your hands, you have to go to the lobby or in your room!!

I had a wonderful stay at Bratus! The interior is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly upgraded before check-in, which was a great start. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and flexible, specially Saba at the reception. The hotel is modern, very clean, and quiet, making it a super comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

The service is excellent. I think it's the best 4-star hotel in Aqaba. I liked the hotel's concept and idea. The reception was very cooperative and helpful. I would like to thank Ms. Saba in particular, and I have sincere thanks and appreciation to her. She helped me plan my next trip to Wadi Rum.

A very beautiful and quiet place. I thank Ms. Saba for the reception and welcome and providing everything we needed for our comfort. Thanks to all the staff for their politeness and respect. An experience that is always worth repeating.
