The ambience was wonderful; one of the best views of Madaba, and the cool breeze was refreshing in the summer heat. I am guessing the local food probably tastes good, but we ordered pasta which was overcooked and soggy. It’s what we had anticipated so our bad for ordering that. Staff were friendly and attentive, but the toilets were terrible. They weren’t dirty, just really poorly kept. In need of serious attention and maintenance. My husband also complained so it’s an issue for both genders. I would give a four overall had it not been for the toilets.

Bad service. We ordered juice and I didn't like it. I asked for a replacement, but they wouldn't accept it unless it was added to the bill. The bathrooms are not clean, you can't go in.
