One of the best hotels in Amman. Every time I stay there, special thanks to Yasser. May God bless him. He did his best and got us a car to take us to the airport. The entire staff was extremely polite, respectful, cooperative, helpful, and always smiling. Thanks to Yasser and thanks to the entire staff.

The reception was not professional, the room was not properly prepared — the fridge was missing some items, there were no tissues or bathroom slippers in the room, and the bidet seat was broken and wobbled when sitting on it. Overall, it was not a good stay.
