It was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. The jacuzzi was dirty and the water was cold. There were no towels available, and no staff around to assist when needed. The floors had black spots all over them and the carpets were visibly dirty, which made the whole place feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. When I complained to the manager, his response was that I would get a discount “next time.” What makes him think I would ever pay to come back after this experience? Very disappointing.
