The Institute is beautiful and the instructor is lovely but a note for hijabis: in my experience, working out there is not hijab friendly. The instructor—ironically a hijabi herself— likes to film workouts to post on socials, and when I asked her not to include me, I still kind of showed up in the footage from afar. The following time she accommodated me by putting me in a dark room behind her lol where I wasn’t even practicing with the rest of the class. It happened a couple of years ago, but the experience didn’t sit well with me all those years. I hope this helps someone not go through a humiliating experience just to workout in peace.
