This is one of few historic places in Aqaba worth visiting. The church is built around 1.5 meters below ground. You can explore the church by walking a path, but will not be able to walk through the different chambers of the church. There are a few signs that explain different parts of the church. Overall, the church is well-maintained. Entering the place is free, and there is a staff member onsite. Parking is challenging to find, and so park your vehicle nearby.
