The vehicle they gave me required repairs, and I ended up wasting a significant amount of time waiting for a replacement. To make things worse, the replacement car was from a different category than what I originally booked, yet they still charged me the full amount without considering the inconvenience or the time lost. There was no proper compensation, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Very unprofessional service.
