The place needs renovation, but for the value of money, it's a super deal. However, the rooms need maintenance; it seems no one has been maintaining them for a long time. The furniture is old. One important point to note is that there's an area to the right of the pool overlooking the lower pool that's a precipice. This area is open without a barrier and is dangerous, especially for children. There are no signs along the way. Negatives: - The entire pool is the same depth, 1.5 meters. - The maintenance of the place is inadequate. - The rooms are clean, but they could be better in terms of windows, floor, dust removal, and the overall room fragrance. - The refrigerator door doesn't close properly, has an unpleasant odor, and the edge is rusty. - The air conditioners don't have remote controls. - The bathroom bidet needs maintenance and should ideally be replaced with a separate, independent bidet (not one connected to the toilet). - Reaching the owner is difficult as he is not always available and doesn't respond to messages promptly. - The pool maintenance pit is open and unattended. The cover poses a danger to children. - The lights at night are very dim and not fully illuminated, and some need maintenance. Aesthetic suggestion: The wall separating the two pools, above and below, could be utilized to create a waterfall effect, adding to the beauty of the place.
