A failing company. No service, no performance, no speed, not even dealing. Every employee throws the responsibility on the other, and we as customers have been with you for a long time, no matter how long I have been subscribing to you. I have had an internet problem for a long time, and every one of you says "It's not my fault and I blame it on others" and transfers me from one person to another. You open a ticket for the problem and then close it from your side, even though it was never resolved. Other than that, there is an extreme slowness in responding to people. Honestly, there is nothing worse than this.
