Very disappointed with this agency, which failed to honor its commitments by not providing us with a French-speaking guide for the entire duration of our trip, as indicated in the program and for which we paid. Evaneos failed in its role as an intermediary by not helping us obtain substantial compensation. We do not recommend this agency for trekking.
