We were sitting normally when the staff sent us the bill without asking, which already felt unwelcoming and rushed. What made it worse was that the guy working there was laughing with the barista about it, which felt extremely disrespectful. When we politely asked him about it, he claimed it was a “mistake,” but his attitude was sarcastic and dismissive, even though we were very kind and respectful the entire time. Good coffee or atmosphere (even though it wasn’t that good) doesn’t make up for poor customer service. Being treated this way makes you feel unwelcome, and unfortunately, that’s not a place I’d want to return to. ### Yousef Eid 2 months ago · 1.0/5 Terrible service. I contacted them to have a hookah delivered to my hotel room next door. Someone sent a request and asked for 17 dinars. When I gave them 20 dinars, they said they didn't have change. I paid 20 dinars for a regular hookah, even though the menu listed it at 5 dinars. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend them. The place is quiet and very comfortable, and the service is fast. I tried several drinks and they were all delicious and distinguished by their flavours and quality.
