The food is good, but they are not qualified to provide the service. Due to the extremely poor service from the call center, plus the time problem. They take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to prepare the order. I ordered more than once and faced the same problem with different excuses. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay in delivering the order, coupled with an error in the order, the call center employee responded by saying, "What should I do?" Instead of apologizing for the delay of more than an hour and a half, coupled with an error in the order,
