Nothing in the order was correct. They didn't do any of the things I told them, and I asked them to write it down and emphasized it, but the bouquet still arrived late and without the ribbon. I called them, and they said they'd get it for me, but they still didn't. I ordered another bouquet for a different price, and they gave me a bouquet they had posted on their page for a lower price.
