This place is like a gem among the hustle and the bustle of the outside world . The instructor ‘s energy and hard work for her clients are amazing .. I go there with low energy levels but end up the session with positive attitude and gratefulness . My body balance and strength felt the difference too. She works closely with her clients and Xeena has a solid knowledge about the human body anatomy which makes the client confident and comfortable . Way to go soul atlas !
