The best thing about the hotel is the reception, brother Thaer the guard, brother Suhaib Al-Hajjaj, and brother Yazan Al-Asal. If they leave the hotel, I will never choose the hotel again.

My stay at the hotel was generally a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, close to services and vital areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, and provide all basic needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and responds quickly to any request or inquiry. I would like to thank the staff, Thaer, Yazan, and Suhaib.

My stay at the hotel was excellent in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was prompt, and the location was excellent and close to everything. I would like to thank the receptionist, Mr. Suhaib, for his high-class service and professionalism. He was very helpful and cheerful, and made everything easy for us. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely repeat it, God willing.
