Mr. Zeiad F. Tuaimeh, a pioneer in Jordan’s fast food industry, was honored by the Minister of Tourism in September 2004 for his role in establishing the industry in 1982. Drawing on his extensive experience in the restaurant sector gained in the USA, Mr. Tuaimeh returned to Jordan in the early 1980s and opened his first restaurant between the 7th and 8th circle in Amman in 1985. With a vision of delivering exceptional quality and service, he aimed to introduce the chili style to the Jordanian area, confident in its potential to resonate with local tastes.
