Welcome to www.wowjordan.com (“Wow Jordan” or “the Website”), an online directory and multi-vendor marketplace operated by Abralkon for marketing, a company registered under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with its principal office located at Amman, Jordan (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Wow Jordan connects buyers with vendors by providing a platform for advertising, listing, and selling products and services.
By accessing or using Wow Jordan, you (“User,” “Vendor,” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website. These Terms govern your use of Wow Jordan and any transactions conducted through it, in accordance with Jordanian laws and international standards.
1. Definitions
For clarity, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
1.1. User: Any individual or entity accessing or using Wow Jordan, including Buyers, Vendors, and visitors.
1.2. Vendor or Seller: A registered User authorized to list and sell products or services on Wow Jordan.
1.3. Buyer: A User purchasing products or services from Vendors through Wow Jordan.
1.4. Content: All information, text, images, videos, or materials uploaded to or displayed on Wow Jordan by Users or Vendors.
1.5. Account: A User’s registered profile on Wow Jordan, enabling access to specific features.
1.6. Product: Any tangible or intangible good listed for sale on Wow Jordan.
1.7. Service: Any service offered by a Vendor through Wow Jordan.
1.8. Listing: A Vendor’s advertisement or offer of a Product or Service on Wow Jordan.
1.9. Transaction: The process of a Buyer purchasing a Product or Service from a Vendor via Wow Jordan.
2. User Registration & Account Management
2.1. Eligibility: To use Wow Jordan, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
2.2. Registration Process:
- Users must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address and phone number.

a. Commission-Based Model: Vendors pay a commission per Transaction as outlined in Section 5.1(a).
b. Monthly Subscription Model: Vendors pay a fixed monthly fee, with no additional transaction fees or commissions, as outlined in Section 5.1(b).

3.3. Product Listing Rules:

- Listings must be accurate, complete, and include clear descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit products, and obscene content.

3.4. Pricing Policies: Vendors set their own prices but must ensure transparency and compliance with Jordanian consumer protection laws.
3.5. Payment Processing & Payouts:

- Transactions are processed through Our designated payment gateway.
- For Commission-Based Vendors, payouts occur [e.g., bi-weekly/monthly], minus applicable fees and commissions.
- For Monthly Subscription Vendors, payouts occur [Yearly /monthly] with no deductions for commissions or transaction fees.
- Vendors are responsible for resolving payment disputes directly with Buyers.
4. Buyer Responsibilities & Transactions
4.1. Order Placement:
- Buyers place orders through Wow Jordan by selecting Listings and completing payment.
- Orders are binding once payment is confirmed, subject to Vendor acceptance.
4.2. Payment & Refund Policies:

- Payments must be made in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) via approved methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery).
- Refunds are handled by Vendors per their individual policies, unless otherwise required by Jordanian law.

- Buyers must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with Vendors.

4.4. Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds:

- Cancellation and return policies are set by Vendors but must comply with Jordan’s Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017.

5. Payment Terms & Fees
5.1. Transaction Fees:

- Vendors retain ownership of their Listing Content, granting Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on Wow Jordan.
- All Wow Jordan branding, logos, and website design are Our intellectual property, protected under Jordanian and international copyright laws.
6.2. Restrictions:

- Users and Vendors may not reproduce, distribute, or use Our intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited and may result in Account termination.
7. Prohibited Activities & User Conduct

- Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal Listings.
- Engage in spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
7.2. Content Moderation:

- We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove Content that violates these Terms or Jordanian law, without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
11.2. Dispute Resolution:
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Amman under Jordanian Arbitration Law No. 31 of 2001, or to the competent courts of Amman, at Our discretion.
