منذ 3 أشهرOf course, this is just my personal experience and opinion. Others might have a better perspective, and that's perfectly normal, but this is my personal experience. We went back to exchange a rug we'd bought that same morning because its color didn't match our furniture. The cashier said, "We don't have returns or exchanges, but please, we don't offer exchanges." We got another rug, and with 4 dinars left, he told us, "Take a look around and see if you can find anything for 4 dinars." The whole store was completely empty; there wasn't a single thing worth 4 dinars. All the merchandise was ordinary, nothing special or unique. It was all available in other stores, but the prices were double! Honestly, nothing in the store was cheap or overpriced for nothing! We kept looking around, trying to find anything, no matter the price, and paying for it, but nothing stood out! A small towel for 7 dinars? Tablecloths 55 dinars! A very, very bad experience. The marketing they do on social media is much more impressive than what I saw in reality. Honestly, I'd give the carpets a 3/10. They're Turkish and all that, but the quality isn't great, and not all of them are made in Turkey. There's nothing better. And of course, the lighting in the store, which was on the carpets, was a mix of yellow and white. When we put the carpet in our house, the color was more noticeable. Not everything we see on social media is the same in real life. The employee who was with us on the second floor didn't know anything about the prices or types of carpets. He kept going to the back of the store to ask questions and then coming back. It would have been better if there had been another employee who knew, especially since we were the only customers. When we went to pay at the cash register, because we had to buy something, which naturally would be more than 4 dinars, there were probably more than four employees standing around the register. It was clear that none of them had access to even stand behind the register. The guy who was handling the payment was praying, and when he came back, he said, "Oh, but this isn't..." (4 dinars) We told him, "Okay, we'll wait for you to pay!" Those of us in a similar situation who live far away from the shop will find the same merchandise, quality, and price at other shops.
