Service delivery and customer communication.
Booking confirmation and cancellation terms.
Refunds related to their own services.
Licenses, permits, insurance, and legal compliance where applicable.

These services are provided by Abr Alkon for Marketing through WOWJordan.com.

Payment for a listing, advertising package, sponsorship, or visibility service does not guarantee sales, bookings, inquiries, ranking positions, traffic volume, customer conversion, or business results unless this is specifically agreed in writing.

WOWJordan may update, change, pause, remove, or reposition visibility placements, listing structures, advertising areas, or platform features when needed for technical, commercial, SEO, user experience, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Payments and Fees

WOWJordan may collect payments for its own services, including vendor subscriptions, business listings, featured listings, advertising, sponsorship, digital visibility services, and related commercial services.

Prices may be displayed in Jordanian Dinar, US Dollar, or another available currency depending on the offer, invoice, checkout page, or approved commercial agreement.

Payments may be made through online payment gateways, bank transfer, cash deposit, or any other payment method made available or approved by Abr Alkon for Marketing.

The merchant account and payment gateway for WOWJordan.com are connected to Abr Alkon for Marketing and its commercial activity related to WOWJordan.com.

Unless separately agreed in writing, WOWJordan does not act as the merchant, seller, or refund authority for third-party provider services listed on the platform.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

These two categories are treated differently.

8.1 Refunds for Vendors / Business Listings

This section applies to businesses, vendors, service providers, restaurants, hotels, attractions, tour operators, or any commercial provider that registers, subscribes, advertises, or purchases visibility services on WOWJordan.com.

WOWJordan may offer paid services such as:

Business listings.
Featured listings.
Advertising placements.
Sponsorship packages.
Digital visibility packages.
SEO/content visibility services.
Other platform-related promotional services.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, invoice, subscription plan, or approved commercial offer, vendor/listing fees are paid for a defined service period.

If a vendor cancels a paid listing, subscription, or visibility service, refund eligibility may apply only to unused full calendar months, where applicable and where approved by Abr Alkon for Marketing.

The following are generally non-refundable unless Abr Alkon for Marketing agrees otherwise in writing:

Partial months.
Setup fees.
Design work.
Content writing or editing.
SEO work already completed.
Published promotional work.
Activated advertising periods.
Activated sponsorship placements.
Completed services.
Administrative or onboarding work.
Any service period that has already started.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed after review and approval by Abr Alkon for Marketing. Processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, or administrative review process.

WOWJordan does not guarantee sales, bookings, leads, customer inquiries, Google ranking positions, traffic volume, impressions, clicks, or business results as a condition for refund.

8.2 Refunds for Guests / Customers Buying from Listed Providers

This section applies to guests, visitors, users, or customers who purchase, book, reserve, order, or arrange any service, product, activity, experience, accommodation, meal, ticket, tour, transport, or offer directly from a listed provider on WOWJordan.com.

WOWJordan is a tourism discovery and business listing platform.

Unless WOWJordan expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific transaction, WOWJordan is لا the seller, tour operator, hotel, restaurant, activity provider, transport provider, merchant of record, or service provider for third-party listings.

Any purchase, booking, reservation, cancellation, refund, dispute, service issue, no-show, delay, price change, availability issue, quality complaint, or customer claim related to a listed provider’s service is strictly between the customer and the respective listed provider.

WOWJordan is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, compensation, chargebacks, service quality, provider failure, customer dissatisfaction, or disputes related to services provided by third-party listed providers.

Customers should review the provider’s own terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, and service details before making any booking, purchase, reservation, arrangement, or payment.

If WOWJordan provides contact details, links, booking buttons, menus, offers, or listing information for a provider, this does not mean WOWJordan is responsible for the provider’s service or refund obligations.

8.3 Payments Collected by WOWJordan

Payments collected directly by WOWJordan.com or Abr Alkon for Marketing may relate to WOWJordan’s own platform services, including vendor listings, featured placements, advertising, sponsorship, or digital visibility services.

If WOWJordan later enables online payments for third-party provider services, the applicable payment flow, refund responsibility, commission, payout, cancellation terms, and provider obligations must be clearly stated in the relevant provider agreement, checkout page, booking confirmation, or commercial terms.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, refunds for third-party provider services remain the responsibility of the listed provider, not WOWJordan or Abr Alkon for Marketing.
