WARNING: Misleading location and extremely unhygienic conditions ​ I chose this hotel based on its location and the positive reviews on Booking.com, but my experience was a nightmare. Almost everything about this listing is misleading. ​The Location: The hotel is located in the Old Port area of Aqaba, which is currently a disaster. The entire surrounding area feels like a garbage dump, filled with abandoned buildings and filth. While the listing claims to be by the beach, you are actually overlooking a shoreline covered in trash. It is not a pleasant or safe-feeling tourist area at all. ​The Room and Hygiene: The cleanliness was appalling. The room and bathroom were infested with bugs. Furthermore, it was very clear that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest—they were dirty and used. The entire place felt neglected and unsanitary. ​Conclusion: Do not be fooled by the photos or the high ratings. This property is in a terrible, garbage-filled neighborhood and the interior is extremely dirty. It was a stressful and hostile experience. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere in Aqaba.

A total disaster – False advertising and filthy conditions My wife and I booked this place thinking it would be a great spot based on the Booking.com reviews. We were completely wrong. The reality of this hotel is a far cry from what is advertised online. ​The first thing you notice is the location. It’s situated in the Old Port area, which is essentially a wasteland of garbage and derelict buildings. The "beach view" promised is actually a view of a trash-covered shore. It felt like staying in the middle of a construction site or a dump. ​Inside, things were even worse. The hygiene standards are non-existent. We found bugs in both the bedroom and the bathroom. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were clearly not fresh and appeared to have been left over from the previous occupants. ​It is clear that the positive reviews for this place are not genuine. This was a hostile, dirty, and miserable stay. Save your money and stay in a civilized part of Aqaba. This place should not even be listed on Booking.com.

Best sea view rooms. Room condition is very basic, beds can be better and towels can be provided. AC wasn't working properly. Other than that it's in perfect location and got great views for the cheap price.

The Hotel was amazing. Great price and the owner is lovely and always tries to make you feel welcome. The other staff is lovely too. Overall we had a great experiance.

Very clean. The furniture is old but clean and tidy, and the location is excellent. The prices are high considering the old furniture and style.
