Booking & Check-in • We had some issues with Booking.com (the system only booked one person per room instead of two). • The reservation manager was very kind and assisted us promptly to resolve the problem. Rooms • We received an upgrade of the rooms, which was a wonderful surprise. • The rooms were comfortable and well-prepared. Dining • The restaurant food was very good, with plenty of choice and quality service. Guest Care • I had some health problems during the stay, and the hotel staff kindly helped me by arranging medicine from the pharmacy. • Their care and attentiveness were much appreciated. Overall Experience • Our stay was very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

منذ اسبوعWe stayed at this hotel for about two weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect , very close to top restaurants, shops, and malls, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs. The service is outstanding, the cleanliness is excellent, and the hotel is well-organized and fully equipped with everything you might need. What stood out the most was the constant follow-up and personal communication with guests to ensure everything was going well , a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. I would like to sincerely thank Rasha, Bayan, Raed, Laith, and Mohammad from the different departments (reception, guest relations, and sales) for their exceptional support and hospitality. I highly recommend staying here where you will definitely enjoy your experience.
