Scammers!!! From the moment I returned the car, it was clear something wasn’t right. Even though I had previously been assured there would be no extra fees, they suddenly insisted that I pay for an additional day. I had clearly communicated in advance that I would drop the vehicle off between 2 and 3pm — and I did exactly that. Instead of honoring what was agreed, they tried to charge more and handled the situation in a rude and confrontational way. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The service was very fast and excellent, and the car was delivered very quickly. The reception from customer service staff Lara and Bishr was outstanding.

I’ve requested transport for the to my guest around Amman woke I was busy at work .. I called Mr Abdallah at budget and he had it all arranged for me , excellent and prompt, he sent me Mr Mohammed rabah which was amazingly professional, very polite,spoke English, and did an amazing job Need it done right ?
