Unfortunately, it was the worst experience of my life. Most of the animals they had were sick or had health problems. They sell the animals and don't care about the animals' lives; all that matters to them is money. On top of all that, their treatment was very bad.

They sell puppies and kittens that are far too young and should still be with their mothers. Many of the animals look weak or sick, which is heartbreaking to see. When we raised our concerns, instead of showing care or responsibility, their attitude became even worse. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. A pet shop should focus on the health and well-being of animals, not just profit. I would never recommend this place to anyone who truly loves animals. Please think twice before supporting a business that treats living creatures this way.

This is a very, very bad shop with no credibility. They sell young animals, taking them from their mothers, and they sell sick animals. Their treatment of animals is very bad; they have no fear of God.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to have the animal examined by a veterinarian immediately and request full medical records before purchasing. If I were the shop owner, I'd exchange my cat for a new one because I literally didn't have time to see it as it spent all its time at a veterinarian's. In response to your reply: I edited the review because I couldn't reply. Yes, cats are living beings, not toys. But my friend, when you pay 600 dinars for a cat, including supplies, vaccinations, and treatments, and you didn't even spend a day with it, and then you brought it back from the shop and it got sick the next day and didn't see anyone except the shop, then the fault is yours. Besides, every time I contact you, no one answers me. And now that the problem has arisen, you're telling me that we only cover it for 3 days, and when I brought it back to you the next day, you told me it had a cold and didn't even examine it. Your service is very bad, with all due respect, and I regret buying the cat. Because I really spent 600 dinars on garbage. 200 dinars on clothes and belongings, and 400 on doctor's treatments.
