Well organised and professional team

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel agent. The manager wasn't comfortable to talk to, does not care for any business , does not care at all about foreigners. This is not the way to deal with your potential customers! My mother fell and no follow up or assistance from them to see how you are doing. The hotel called an ambulance just to get out of the hotel and giving a disclaimer to sign even before leaving the hotel or ensuring the well being. No messages from Dakkak or the Manager. Our first driver was a nightmare. The second driver Maher was very good but I would not book again with them due to no customer satisfaction. We tried to customize our tour with them locally and no help whatsoever.
