While the store is good and has almost every product, sometimes even offering unique items not available elsewhere, my recent experience was very bad. I visited the store on Friday, February 20th, and asked about a product that wasn't in stock. It was only available in the store itself, and the employee told me to come back the next day to pick it up. I returned the following day and was told it was still unavailable and would be ordered from the store. I told the employee I would come back at the end of the week, and they assured me the product would be available. I returned today, and the product was still unavailable. I was told to come back on Saturday, and it would be available then. This level of customer service is poor and unacceptable. I could have bought it from another store, but now I will buy all my products from other stores. Thank you.

The store's prices are unreliable and all fake, designed to attract customers. Then they say the offer is over; it's all lies and there's no credibility.
