I have still not received the order but I would still give them 5 stars based on how professional the staff is. They went above and beyond. I called 10 mins before closing asking for a ready made bag as a gift. Raad stayed past closing and sorted everything out. Thank you again 🏽

What a delight! Top quality, carefully made, well designed and durable. My wife commissioned two bags incorporating embroidered panels we already had, and I commissioned a tool roll based on the pencil roll. These are items that we will treasure, not just for their functionality and quality but because they are hand-made one-offs produced by a craftsman we enjoyed meeting and dealing with.
