Due to the ongoing conflict, we had to cancel our trip to Jordan. We had already purchased our Jordan Passes, which are normally non-refundable. However, after contacting customer service and explaining the extraordinary circumstances, we were very grateful to receive a full refund. In difficult times, this kind of understanding and fairness truly makes a difference. Excellent service, clear communication, and real empathy for travelers. A great example of how tourism services should work on an international level.

We purchased 2 Jordan Passes through the official website, but due to the complex and dangerous situation in the region, air travel has been suspended. Ryanair cancelled all my flights to and from Amman, so unfortunately, we won’t be able to use the Jordan Pass. I have already contacted the official support email but haven’t received a response yet. I truly hope for your understanding and a refund, as the cancellation was beyond our control. Thank you for your attention.

This was one of a kind experience, Jordan Pass Tours was the best decision we did in order for our trip to he so magical. Specifically Amr has made us feel the Jordan charm to a maximum, he was so kind, always with a smile on his face, giving us all kinds of information on anything we asked, we saw Petra, Wadi Rum, Wadi mujib and Amman. My friend and I had a wonderful tour that included: luxury glamping in Wadi Rum, Petra, The Dead Sea and Amman. Our guide Amr has a vast knowledge of Jordan’s history throughout the ages. While we learned so much about the various sites, we will always be grateful for his kindness, genuine hospitality and making us feel like family. Highly recommend !!
