in the last weekI have stayed in many Kempinski resorts in different countries like Dubai Africa and Aqaba Jordan but this Dead Sea branch was one of the worst experiences I had in a 5 star resort. The price is much higher than other hotels in the area but the service and quality do not match the rate. Good things were breakfast food and service were nice. Pools were clean and lifeguards were helpful. One lifeguard have rescued me. Now the bad parts. System was down for 2 hours and delayed check in. We were 2 families and only one room got a fruit plate while the other room got nothing. Shower switch was broken. Room was okay but the TV was very small and not smart which is strange for a suite in a 5 star resort. The place is not friendly for disabled people. Cleaning staff was not professional. I asked for cleaning at 5 pm but they offered me to wait until next shift after 6 pm!! Biggest problem was with concierge. I brought food from outside and told them I take full responsibility. They refused and treated me with suspicion and asked too many strange questions. They even said I was lying about who I spoke to. That was a big shock and very disappointing. I felt insulted and not respected as a guest.

Very attentive service at the pool by Khaled. Truly the best spa treatment I have ever had by Manisha. I’ve never felt better taken care of and pampered. The spa treatment alone would be enough to tempt me to come back here! ❤️ Amazing attentive care from An’am in the spa after my spa treatment. ☺️
