Panorama Wadi Rum

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was good. The location was ideal, close to where we parked our car. The jeep tour was a lot of fun, definitely worth a try. We were very satisfied and thank the owners.

The service and attention were fantastic, the atmosphere was very friendly, imagine visiting friends, that's the kind of environment it was. Mr. Faisal was very attentive. In the evening, we sat by the fire, chatted and drank tea. They sent us the location before we arrived and picked us up from there. The tours were excellent. A 4-hour sunset tour for two was 70 dinars, and dinner for two was 30 dinars. Everything was wonderful. I recommend them, you can trust them, you won't regret it.

They ignored our WhatsApp contract and demanded more money upon arrival. We had no choice but to stay in a different room than we had agreed to. They scammed us. It was the most unpleasant experience during our trip to Egypt and Jordan. The owner of the WhatsApp contract showed up the next afternoon. I tried to persuade him, but he refused, even when I showed him the WhatsApp message. My friend booked for 240 dinars. I lowered the price to 220 dinars, including dinner and breakfast. You agreed. You said it was a luxury bubble, and it was still there. You initially said the tent type was 200 dinars. How could 200 dinars jump to 240 dinars? We negotiated the price and got a firm nod for the bubble type, which included breakfast and dinner. But when we got there, you denied our WhatsApp contract with a different message. It was still there. You weren't there that day, but you showed up the next day when we were leaving. We ended up paying 30,000 won more per person for dinner. I later found out the 200 dinar was for the tent type, and my friend said it was a bubble 2. The Jeep 2, including breakfast and dinner, was 240 dinars, so I negotiated the price with you again and lowered it to 220 dinars. When I asked for a lower price, you said it was a luxury bubble and that I was smart. You guys just avoided it.

The room/tent was comfortable and spacious. Shower worked well. I got a room with an incredible view. And beyond that, Hani, the owner, was great - he picked me up from the visitor centre and was always responsive to questions. Kudos to his cousin Abdullah as well who drove me out on a jeep tour and dropped me off at the visitor centre when I had to leave. And last but not least, the rest of the staff who fed us with delicious food and tea. Oh, and the stars sprinkled in the night sky! This is something I didn’t experience, but some of the regular tents face a hill next to the camp, so you might want to check what view you might get when booking here. Then again, it’s not a big deal if you’re not fussed, especially since the desert is literally at your doorstep.

Panorama Wadi Rum was absolutely incredible for the 2 nights we stayed. The camp is family owned and staffed. We stayed in their martian domes which is well equipped with aircon, fridge and bathroom. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious and was cooked traditionally underground. The got to choose our own activities and the staff organised everthing. A massive thank you to Hani for such a great experience !
