I had a really good experience with Zezgo Montecarlo. The car was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The team is friendly, quick, and always available, which made the whole process easy and stress‑free. It’s worth knowing that they don’t have a desk at the airport. Instead, you just send them a WhatsApp message when you arrive and they come to pick you up free of charge. The same goes for the return trip—they’ll drop you off at the airport when you bring the car back. I appreciated how responsive they were and the fact that they operate 24/7. Overall, I would definitely recommend Zezgo Montecarlo to anyone looking for reliable service and a smooth rental experience.

A quality car with which we had no problems. At check-out, the staff were very friendly and no issues were reported. However, at check-in, two other people tried to intimidate us for several reasons. The welcome from these two gentlemen was cold and unacceptable: they told us we couldn't drive more than 200 km/day even though the reservation included unlimited mileage, they angrily insisted we take out additional insurance, and they angrily told us they couldn't register us because customs hadn't stamped my passport. This was our first experience in Jordan as a tourist, and it's unacceptable to receive tourists this way. It's not good for Jordanian tourism. This review only concerns the two gentlemen at check-in, not the others.
