Based on my experience, I don't believe the service level reflects the image portrayed in the reviews. I hope for more transparency. My experience wasn't up to my expectations, especially considering the abundance of positive reviews and advertisements.

I went to the third floor twice to get my iron injection, and the staff were very cooperative, helpful, and professional. Tima, Anas, Shahd, and Talal were on the third floor with me, and they were very helpful and attentive.

The treatment was pleasant. And the best nurse was Anas Al-Tarifi. Excellent service and performance.

A wonderful hospital with comprehensive services. This isn't flattery; I thank everyone for their excellent and respectful treatment. A thousand thanks to Dr. Rami Al-Daoud and the hospital administration.
