The dinner was really delicious. For breakfast they had prepared some food for us, because we had to leave early. When we arrived they gave us a normal room, which wasn’t at all, what you expect from a 5-star hotel. We‘ve told them, that we‘ve booked a bubble room and after a short discussion they gave us one. The room was much better than the normal room. Still, there was some sand in the room and the bathroom. There was no hairdryer or other extras. There were some shampoo and bodywash in the shower. Unfortunately, there were too many lights outside to see the stars from the bubble. They told us they had to turn of the electricity of the whole area in order to turn of the few lights outside. There is Wifi but only in the Lobby area. We went on a safari trip, which was really nice and only 5 JOD each. There are also other activities like Paintball etc. All in all it was okay and we enjoyed our stay.

Sanam Camp – Wadi Rum ★★★★★ Our experience at Sanam Camp was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt an exceptional welcome and attention from the camp management and all the staff, who went above and beyond to provide for us. Overall impression: Sanam Camp went above and beyond—the entire experience was exceptional, and we felt truly concerned about our comfort. I highly recommend the camp to anyone who loves visiting Wadi Rum. We highly recommend visiting Sanam Camp and support every effort that contributes to promoting tourism in our beloved Jordan ❤️

A wonderful camp and an even more wonderful staff

The worst experience I’ve been to, Rooms hasn’t been cleaned in a while, very dusty and the bedsheets were dirty and hasn’t been changed from previous visitors, no electric kettle inside the room, food was less than okay, not tasty at all and with no enough variety, with no refills whatsoever for whatever food was served. The pictures and videos were so deceiving and has nothing to do with reality. So disappointing.
