The Lebanese restaurant is the main breakfast restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel in Aqaba. It has plenty of seating and tables. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, including numerous juices, and an outdoor section that prepares pizzas, za'atar, arayes, and oven-baked falafel. Convenient opening hours: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM. The food quality is excellent.

If you are looking for an authentic Lebanese meal or the basic professional courtesy expected of a five-star hotel, stay far away from this establishment. My experience was not only a culinary failure but a deeply embarrassing and insulting ordeal. I chose this hotel based on a recommendation, despite having the freedom to dine anywhere in Aqaba. It was a massive mistake. The restaurant was completely deserted, we were the only ones there, which killed any semblance of a five-star atmosphere. Despite the empty room, the staff treats buffet diners like second-class citizens compared to those ordering from the set menu. This "public vs. special" treatment is a disgraceful way to run a supposed five-star establishment. The food is a complete fraud. Calling this "The Lebanese Restaurant" is deceptive; there are no authentic grills and no shawarma. Instead, you are served a low-effort, generic buffet, chicken and potato trays and a basic fish fillet, that wouldn't even pass for quality at a budget three-star hotel. The desserts were stale and the beverage options were bottom-tier. The most shocking part of the night, however, was the exit. In every five-star hotel worldwide, guests are expected to charge meals to their room. Yet, as I was walking toward the lobby, the waiter literally chased me out of the restaurant, brandishing a bill booklet and demanding payment in public. This was a humiliating and unprofessional scene that made me feel as if I were being accused of theft. To be harassed for a bill in front of other people is the height of incompetence and disrespect. For the price they charge, save yourself the headache. You could go to a high-end restaurant in Ayla, enjoy a superior main course and a drink, and leave feeling satisfied and respected. I immediately cancelled my dinner reservation for the following night. This place is an embarrassment to the InterContinental name.

The resort is very beautiful. The fireworks display by the creative Hamdi and Sondos is one of the most beautiful shows.
