The young Jordanian employee is very respectful. Her experience and manner are excellent. The hotel is average. However, the other employee is very bad and makes demands. She doesn't want to clean and insists we leave the room until she does. I think she's the hotel manager because no one can tell her what to do. I clean and take out the trash (excuse the expression) while she's lounging on her phone at reception. I hope they replace her because she's a real negative influence on the hotel.

Cleanliness and service are excellent

Masha'Allah, a clean hotel that deserves more than three stars. The services are wonderful, and I especially want to mention Ms. Raghad at reception; her service is excellent and professional.
