A very safe place; there's a machine they use to check your luggage upon entering the facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. A bald gentleman, very helpful, resolved a situation we had when we made a mistake during the reservation, and he immediately provided a solution. We are extremely grateful to him for his attention and the instant solution. The place is very clean and spacious; we were on the fifth floor. The room was quite large, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed for our stay: a spacious bathroom, and comfortable, clean beds.
