It was a wonderful experience, and the attention was impeccable. I loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the elegance of the place. I thank the entire team for their hospitality, and I especially thank the young lady who did my Moroccan bath; she was amazing. I recommend everyone try it, especially the massage—it's simply wonderful and relaxing! ❤️

This is a spa perfect for making you lose faith in customer service principles, no wonder they charge you in advance! Simply miserable experience due to lack of attention for customer complains, requests or even the basic flow of the spa journey of my package, anyways I personally ended up not taking my Turkish bath due to continuous delays in providing the service and couldn't wait more in the cold temperature inside the spa area...
