It was a wonderful experience, and the attention was impeccable. I loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the elegance of the place. I thank the entire team for their hospitality, and I especially thank the young lady who did my Moroccan bath; she was amazing. I recommend everyone try it, especially the massage—it's simply wonderful and relaxing! ❤️

My mom and I had a Moroccan bath with a massage, and it was an amazing experience. We'll definitely go again, God willing. The place and the vibes are incredible, the scents and the attention are wonderful. The entire staff are amazing, and Maya at reception is the best! 💞💞💞

This is a spa perfect for making you lose faith in customer service principles, no wonder they charge you in advance! Simply miserable experience due to lack of attention for customer complains, requests or even the basic flow of the spa journey of my package, anyways I personally ended up not taking my Turkish bath due to continuous delays in providing the service and couldn't wait more in the cold temperature inside the spa area...
