I visited the hammam yesterday and was supposed to enjoy a Moroccan bath session, but unfortunately, it was replaced with a Turkish bath without any explanation or questioning. The experience was unsatisfactory. The treatment was rushed, and the massage was not up to expectations, neither in terms of time nor quality. I paid for a complete and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, I did not feel any care or professionalism. I hope you review the level of service and clarify the differences between the services to customers before starting, because what actually happened was below expectations.

Not organizing appointments at all, and there is no respect for the customer, not even an apology for their mistakes in organizing appointments. I do not recommend them at all.
