Unfortunately, I used to deal with them regularly, but I stopped after a long time as a customer. I never compared my prices to other shops; I just sold my jewelry there and that was it. I trusted them completely. Once, I sold a piece there, and they told me it was 18 karat gold when it was actually 24 karat. I went back and got the difference later. Another time, I weighed a piece there to sell, and they quoted me 420 dinars. Two other shops had quoted me 500, and when I pointed it out, they charged me 510. They also made a mistake with the scales for one of my neighbors, and God knows best. I used to deal with the shop next to the water shop.
