Great experience, near to downtown. Highly recommended

Absolutely terrible. The service was appalling: the hairdryer was broken, there was no soap in the shower, and when we asked for more, nothing was done. Breakfast focused entirely on quantity and not on quality. The pool and spa were closed. The staff were frankly unfriendly. It doesn't do Jordan justice. One positive point: the price was low.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, close to all the hotspots, yet nice and quiet. Good rooms and beds. There's a sauna in the basement and a pool to cool off in. Definitely value for money after a busy day in Amman.
