This place felt like a garden oasis tucked away from the bustling city of Amman. The food was impeccable. All the pitas were served fresh and fluffy with steam still rising. The olive oil tasted fresh and cold pressed. All the meats were fall off the bone tender complement by perfecly toasted almonds. Our waiter was extremely kind and surprised us with a dessert at the end. At first, I was reluctant to eat dessert when I found out it was rice pudding, but that rose rice pudding made me reevaluate my distain for rice pudding. The puddlimg was a perfect mixture of delicate and sweet, ending meal on a high note!

The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing and convivial dinner. The cuisine was excellent: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care. Each course was balanced, fragrant, and rich in tradition. From the mezze to the main courses, everything was perfectly executed and presented with attention to detail. Special thanks go to Aymad and Mahmoud, who looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism, kindness, and great availability. Attentive, smiling, and always ready to offer advice, they made our experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, hospitality, and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a true Lebanese cuisine experience in Amman. Aymad, in particular, with rare attentiveness, accompanied us to the exit of the restaurant and stopped with us to wait for a taxi: a simple gesture that demonstrates genuine care for the customer.
