I always visit MedLabs, but this was my first time at the Um Uthaina branch. My insurance didn’t initially cover everything. I asked the employee to proceed with the essential tests, and he suggested holding off on the others until I decided whether to cover them myself. Once the results were out, I told Salsabeel I only wished to proceed with one test, regardless of insurance. She went ahead and re-submitted everything to the insurance, which ended up covering it all—and I even received a refund. It was incredibly kind of her to go the extra mile without me asking. I also had a great experience with Suhaib while drawing my blood. Unlike past labs where multiple attempts were needed, he made the process smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the entire team’s professionalism and care.

The staff need training; they don't know how to read prescriptions, and they don't know how to give clear instructions.

The lab is tidy and clean, the girls are very nice and helpful, and the service is fast.
