If you are considering treatment at Persona Dental Center with Dr. Osama Alsayeh, I would like to share my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. I am an expat who sought extensive restorative dental work at this clinic. My overall experience was stressful, confusing, and ultimately very disappointing. Before beginning treatment, I asked whether Dr. Osama specialized in prosthodontics (full-mouth rehabilitation). I understood from the clinic that he did. Later, I learned he is a general dentist. This difference mattered to me because it influenced my decision to begin complex treatment there. At the start of treatment, I was asked to pay a large amount in advance. I paid 3,000 JD upfront - they requested 6,000 JD. Based on what was eventually completed, I estimate that about 2,100 JD of treatment was provided. I had agreed to consider veneers but decided multiple times not to proceed with them. I later requested a refund for the remaining amount, but I was told refunds were not available. I also paid 500 JD for a digital smile design and was shown a video of the model that had been created. However, I did not receive the digital files or model when I asked for them. During the course of treatment, the clinical experience felt disorganized to me. Appointments often started very late or Dr. Osama didn't show up at all, and on some occasions different dentists treated me instead of Dr. Osama AlSayeh. I did not receive a written treatment plan, consent documentation, or written financial policy, which made it difficult for me to clearly understand the full process. Over approximately four weeks, I had eight crowns completed. Personally, I was not satisfied with the final result and felt the pace of treatment was rushed for the amount of work involved. When I later decided not to continue with veneers and asked about my remaining balance, I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was communicated to me and did not feel my concerns were addressed in a supportive or collaborative way. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations for communication, organization, or clarity around treatment planning and payments. This was especially difficult for me as an international patient trying to navigate care in a new environment. For anyone considering treatment here, I strongly recommend: • Ask for a written treatment plan before starting • Clarify payment terms and refund policies in writing • Request copies of any digital records or designs you pay for • Make sure you fully understand who will be performing each stage of treatment This is simply my personal experience, and I hope sharing it helps others ask detailed questions and make fully informed decisions before committing to treatment.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Dr. Mohamnad. From day one, treating my cavities was super easy – no pain at all. I could literally close my eyes and just chill.
