This company is absolutely terrible. The customer service and management are awful. I don't understand how you can treat customers so badly. I booked a three-day trip to Syria and arrived at the Syrian border, only to be told I couldn't enter without a permit from the Syrian embassy. I had no idea about this; I booked everything and everything seemed fine. Their only concern is taking my money. Whether the customer travels or not doesn't matter to them; it's all a scam. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go back. I will not forgive them for what they did to me, neither in this life nor the next. May God hold them accountable. This company is not worth anyone's time.

The worst company! Starting with their terrible customer service and attitude, we tried to cancel within two hours of paying, but they refused to refund the full amount, claiming they had already paid for security clearance, a visa, and a hotel. When we reached the Lebanese border, we were humiliated because we had no visa or legal entry. We were literally humiliated, delayed, and left in the street for hours. And the hotel didn't even know we had canceled a reservation for someone else. If the employee had at least spoken respectfully at the beginning, we could have overlooked the awful trip. The return trip was also a disaster. They changed buses halfway through the journey, and people started fighting because there were no seats. They even put some of them in a car because there was no room left. There was absolutely no organization. I absolutely do not recommend them!

I traveled with this company and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The organization was extremely poor, and there was clear exploitation of passengers. The flight time from Amman to Beirut (and back) exceeded 14 hours due to transiting through Syria to pick up and drop off passengers, even though this was not explained beforehand. There was no adherence to schedules, and the information provided was unreliable. I do not recommend this experience and I hope they review their organizational methods and respect passengers' time.
