I had a hard experience with the hotel, if you are someone prefers to focus on the team, then you can choose this hotel, if you care about food, then you can choose this hotel, if you care about cleaning, then you have to think twice before choosing this hotel as they didn't clean my room or chang the sheet of the bed for5 days, only remaking the bed. While the shower, water became extremely hot, also the sink water so I couldn't to wash the shampoo, which burned my skin, they claimed that it was repaired but it was not. If you are someone cares about any bad situations you might be in, please think Wisley before choosing this hotel, because I signed with them to stay for 5 days, I paid 2 days in advance, the last night I wanted to take gifts to the family in the suitcase so I can put my clothes in it before travelling the next day, while leaving, the reception man asked me if I will check out, I said no, tomorrow I will check out I'm just taking gifts to family, my brother was waiting outside, he put the suitcase in the car, I opened the car door to get in, then suddenly the secretary stopped in front of the car, then another secretary stopped beside me , then the reception man came calling in my name saying that you have an outstanding balance don't leave the hotel, I was in a very bad situation and looked like a thief, my brother came, the manager came, people were looking at this thief, I gave my brother the card for the room to bring money and my passport for the safe, he went there and brought them, which prove that I was not running away and the money in the safe was 50 time more than the outstanding balance, although they kept the procedures and asked for the payment before I leave with a reason of that they faced a family that left the hotel earlier with paying the outstanding balance and the amount was deducted from the team. This means that they believe that accusing people is justified for a bad previous experience. This is my experience, I felt that my reputation was in its worst condition especially that I used to live in that area. You can decide what exactly thing you do care the most in the hotel for your decision to book.
