I was still apologizing for calling at such an inconvenient time when she told me she couldn't give me any information and hung up on me. I was still apologizing to her. On top of that, she sent me a message on Instagram saying, "Shame on you for calling at 11! You scared my kids! No one calls the shop right now!" and then she blocked me! If you don't want to answer the phone, don't answer at all. And don't even bother to answer and speak like that, hanging up on customers! Don't answer at all, and don't speak like that! Zero manners! Zero manners!
