منذ اسبوعI had a very disappointing experience with this wedding shop. The dress was delivered to me in a poor condition, with clear stitching issues and visible fabric pulling, especially around the bust area. The finishing was not done properly and does not reflect professional tailoring at all. What made the situation worse was the attitude when I visited the shop. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing no responsibility or willingness to resolve the problem. This level of quality and customer service is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a wedding. I am sharing photos for reference. I do not recommend this shop.
